Very hard work and very nice 👍 Where is this place? And please tell us the tips to do this number of cases?
applying hot onion 🧅 to a pimple really work it this is the one and only solution. I keep getting styes on my eye all the time.
Phew!
Amazing, thank you for this!
Good evening sir Which phaco machine is this
Does it get absorbed
Hello, I had my cataract procedure done. Right after the procedure, as I sat up, I experienced a sharp internal pain and fluid squirted out of the eye that had the new lens."Would you know what could have caused this pain?"
I just done this about 3 days ago its definitely a uncomfortable situation but it's work great for me
how long is recovery?
reply pls. how long it took for recovery?
I had Eyhance toric 2s put in my eyes 3 weeks ago. Ruined my vision compared to before surgery. I see partly double causing blurry vision starting about 3 ft out. Further out the worse it gets. Don't get them. I regret doing it as I had sharp vision from up close to the horizon. Just had some cadacts. Gave a slight yellowish tint. Now how much is it going to cost to fix this if it is possible. I shelled out 3k to have the toric's put in. I'm busted money wise.
Just had mine done today;( Praying for this blurred vision to get somewhat better soon…. It was painless but oh so scary…
Dear sir, some studies claim that if the surgery of posterior polar cataract is done using FLACS, it creates a cleavage plane between posterior capsule and epinucleus which facilities safer removal of epinucleus without rupturing the posterior capsule. Is it true ?
It is the worse injection ever, aseptic conditions without even topical anaesthetic, it is very shame and illegal procedure
I would suggest inspecting the posterior segment prior to aspirating behind the capsule. If you have an effusion it will be easy to see with indirect ophthalmoscopy. My best estimate is that the patient had choroidal effusion after removing the phaco hand piece. Using the J cannula for cortex removal is efficient but causes wound gape permitting the effusion to either enlarge or perhaps initiate. Time to inspect, stop surgery and come back later. Effusions can resolve quickly as long as the eye is closed
Good Evening sir, Sometimes it is difficult to judge the plane of emulsification during routine phaco surgery in terms u r at Iris plane or in Anterior Chamber especially in large pupil dilatation cases..Any tips on how to judge the plane of emulsification so as to safeguard corneal endothelium
Agreed, good question. I almost always stay at the pupil plane in the pupil center, as far as possible from all the important structures, the PC, Cornea and the iris with AC edge behind it. In a video is difficult to judge the depth, but in a good microscope it should not be difficult. Focus your microscope at the iris details or the capsule edge, this will guarantee that you are at the iris plane.
Does this correct for astigmatism cylinder of 1-1.5 ?
dr loss meibomian gland recover again?
What are the chances of nucleus drop in FLACS ?
Hi, can you resume eye compresses and massage after an injection? And if so, how many times a day?
At first right after my surgery it was very clear and crisp but now it's cloudy is that normal kind of concerned?
Which microscope do you have?
Respected sir, is FEMTO LASER CATARACT SURGERY a safer option for surgery of posterior polar cataract ? What are the chances of posterior capsule rupture and nucleus drop in FEMTO LASER CATARACT SURGERY ?
مااسم هاي العمليه هل هيا جلوكوما ام ماذا
Nice surgery although there are many people talking around and noise (must be difficult for the surgeon)
Leave his eye alone!
مرحبا. هل هذه الجلسة تحل مشكلة العوامات في العين؟

Looks great
He got his reading eye done 12 years ago? He had a reading eye before surgery? Please answer back. Did you get a lens specifically to read?
Wow… that was extremely helpful I’m trying to decide on this Lens or the pan Optix my doctor wants the TECNIS Synergy and one eye astigmatism My concern is after implant problems with the TECNIS having to do with adjustments due to clients unhappiness with the lens over the Pan Optics which has a lower percentage of refractive errors which need to be addressed to the point of lens exchange to remove the TECNIS and replace with the Pan Optics Overall satisfaction is much higher with PAN OPTEX Any advice? My surgery is next week
I had the injection by a different Doctor…and it helped for like 3 months…but now the bump is back
Hello! have you tried the surgery?
@@Diaconu…I had the surgery, mine got pretty big…it’s already been 8 months I still get a slight feeling of inflammation at the bottom of my upper eye lid , I myself don’t think I’m 100 percent healed, it gets a little irritable at times.I prob just gotta go see a different Doctor, but I can say it’s 90 percent better…it’s not noticeable the slight inflammation I feel here and there I think I can only notice it
@@68joeflex 8 months since surgery and still not 100% healed??
@@Diaconu …the doctor dug out from the upper part of my eye lid and from the lower part of my eye lid, from the same incision but I think I still have a slight something on the bottom part of my eye. I should go back
@@68joeflex how was the surgery? I have to do it too. Is it painfull? How much time it take?
No light anesthesia?
Very cool
Bravo Doc 👏
If drusen can't be excreted to surface of cornea, it's impossible to effectively treat and reverse wet-AMD (age-related macular degeneration). VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) is not the culprit of wet-AMD but accumulated drusen. ruclips.net/video/tdjr5z3uIb8/видео.html All glory belongs to God !
I do have a cyst near my right eye, my dermatologist injected steroid, it worked and it got smaller, after a month, it popped up again. This time, I’ll get a operation to get rid of this cyst permanently. Briefly, these injections are temporary solutions
Apko permanently thik hua kya?
How come no one talks about the intense pink vision that lasts for over 2 weeks when a light treatment is done? Especially with the lock-in process. My vision turned intense magenta and is now just getting back to almost normal after 2 weeks. This is very unsettling if you have to use your vision for anything color related. I have to lock in one eye at a time or I cannot work for possibly a week. The post-op process in not quick and easy, it is a significant commitment of time and loss of clear vision and accurate color for a long time. I'm at 3 months and have yet to be at the lock-in stage. A patient should know this before jumping into this procedure.
Do you have monitor IOP ?
not typically with periocular injections
Thanks for the informative video. It turns out that the iPhone app is not available in my region, but I was able to access it on my computer instead ....and the table "Your IOL options" does now show that Eyhance enhances intermediate vision.
How painful is this injection?
How painful is this injection?
Pretty painful and nobody talks about it.
@@JustinMcClellandI just had this done, it wasn’t painful. I felt nothing
@@greatestnitemare6626 You're luckier than I was. I've already decided I ain't never going thru it again. Lol
Honestly i hate needles and anything medically related. I was a nervous wreck but My dr was very gentle . I only felt a tiny prick . Nothing else it didn’t hurt but my eyelid felt weird after . I’m glad i got it done .
It’s not that bad you might tear up a little bit
Thanks for your information. Would you pls let me know where I can have this implant? Is it available in Vietnam this istent/technique?
Had this done in India - Tamil Nadu
@@shri2947 Thx
Intelligent patient,Uv protection and life style adjustment in early post op period will be required. Great technology.
Congratulations.
Could you talk about the positive and negative dysphotopsias and when they go away?
Can we see the end result?
